Our Story

Welcome to Drinkers Pub, a place in the heart of Eindhoven where good beer, good food and good company come together. With more than 1,000 different beers and 30 beers on tap, there is always something new to discover. From Dutch, German and Belgian specialty beers to craft beers, local favourites, Guinness and our own house beers — there is something for every beer lover.

Beer is at the heart of what we do. Our bartenders bring their knowledge and passion for beer to Drinkers every day and are always happy to help you discover something new.

Meet Dennis Kort

Dutch Beer Sommelier Champion 2026–2027

It takes more than a couple of beers and a love of hops to run our bar. Behind every glass is a hidden passion and a great deal of beer knowledge.

When we first opened our doors, we hit the ground running with an ambitious line-up of 400 beers. It did not take long for the collection to grow to more than 1,000.

Navigating an assortment that size requires a clear vision. Our OLDSKOOL house brewer, Dennis Kort, provided exactly that—even if his vision took us some time to get used to.

Dennis has a deep passion for the German Purity Law, the Reinheitsgebot. His approach focuses on balance and drinkability rather than extreme craft beer, including a firm decision not to serve Belgian beers on draft.

When it comes to beer and the choices behind our selection, he can still be an absolute pain in the ass. But after more than a decade of working together, we would not change a thing.

Today, Dennis is considered one of the leading beer experts worldwide. He has now been crowned Dutch Beer Sommelier Champion 2026–2027, solidifying his place as the number-one beer expert in the Netherlands.
